Este modelo de negocio opera \u00fanicamente por delivery, lo que reduce costos operativos. Seg\u00fan Verma (2020), citado por Navarrete, Garc\u00eda y S\u00e1nchez, los h\u00e1bitos de consumo han cambiado de forma permanente, haciendo que los consumidores sean m\u00e1s exigentes. En Honduras, el Instituto Hondure\u00f1o del Turismo y la Asociaci\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mica firmaron un convenio en 2024 para fortalecer el sector, destacando un aumento del 18.7% en nuevos emprendimientos gastron\u00f3micos respecto al primer trimestre de 2023 (G\u00f3mez, 2024)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Objetivo<\/h2>\n<p>El estudio busca Analizar la dark kitchen como estrategia de emprendimiento gastron\u00f3mico en el contexto social local de Tegucigalpa, proponiendo de esta manera alagunas oportunidades para enfrentar los desarrollos de este modelo de negocio.<\/p>\n<h2>Metodolog\u00eda<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La investigaci\u00f3n fue de enfoque cualitativo, utilizando el an\u00e1lisis documental descriptivo para estudiar y resumir observaciones sobre un fen\u00f3meno (Cebri\u00e1n, 2009). Adem\u00e1s, se aplic\u00f3 un grupo focal con 8 comensales an\u00f3nimos de distintos rubros, quienes evaluaron un nuevo producto gastron\u00f3mico en aspectos como sabor, textura, combinaciones y apariencia.
