La evidencia internacional confirma que los simuladores extracorp\u00f3reos reducen tiempos, minimizan errores y elevan el desempe\u00f1o t\u00e9cnico. Las alternativas abarcan desde cajas de bajo costo hasta sistemas h\u00e1pticos con m\u00e9tricas objetivas, todas efectivas para desarrollar las habilidades psicomotoras requeridas.<\/p>\n<h2>Objetivo<\/h2>\n<p>Dise\u00f1ar un prototipo conceptual de un simulador f\u00edsico para adiestramiento de habilidades laparosc\u00f3picas b\u00e1sicas, que incluya m\u00f3dulos de entrenamiento de destrezas psicomotoras y sistemas de evaluaci\u00f3n de desempe\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<h2>Metodolog\u00eda<\/h2>\n<p>El dise\u00f1o del simulador se fundament\u00f3 en una revisi\u00f3n bibliogr\u00e1fica de literatura cient\u00edfica y est\u00e1ndares quir\u00fargicos como FLS, OSATS y GOALS. A partir de ello, se definieron los m\u00f3dulos, materiales y criterios de evaluaci\u00f3n. Se desarroll\u00f3 un sistema f\u00edsico modular utilizando modelado CAD, impresi\u00f3n 3D y una ESP32 como unidad de control. La carcasa anat\u00f3mica se imprimi\u00f3 en PLA, integrando sensores digitales y anal\u00f3gicos que permiten registrar acciones del usuario y brindar retroalimentaci\u00f3n visual y sonora en tiempo real.<\/p>\n<h2>Resultados<\/h2>\n<p>Se desarroll\u00f3 un simulador f\u00edsico laparosc\u00f3pico modular con evaluaci\u00f3n automatizada en tiempo real. Detecta errores y registra tiempos mediante sensores digitales y anal\u00f3gicos controlados por una ESP32. Su arquitectura plug-and-play permite el intercambio de m\u00f3dulos sin reinicio, y su retroalimentaci\u00f3n visual y sonora facilita el entrenamiento aut\u00f3nomo.<\/p>\n<p>Las pruebas confirmaron la operatividad del sistema en todos los m\u00f3dulos, con detecci\u00f3n precisa de acciones y respuesta en tiempo real. La conexi\u00f3n modular funcion\u00f3 de forma estable, y una falla menor fue corregida sin afectar el desempe\u00f1o general. El entorno acad\u00e9mico destac\u00f3 su usabilidad, robustez y potencial educativo.<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusiones \/ Recomendaciones<\/h2>\n<p>El simulador cumpli\u00f3 con su objetivo t\u00e9cnico y funcional, consolid\u00e1ndose como una plataforma efectiva para el entrenamiento precl\u00ednico en<br \/>\ncirug\u00eda laparosc\u00f3pica. Su estructura replicable, bajo costo y capacidad de evaluaci\u00f3n aut\u00f3noma lo hacen ideal para entornos acad\u00e9micos con<br \/>\nrecursos limitados. Se plantea como trabajo futuro la validaci\u00f3n con usuarios expertos y la\u00a0 inclusi\u00f3n de nuevos m\u00f3dulos quir\u00fargicos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de cumplir su prop\u00f3sito formativo, el simulador demostr\u00f3 ser una alternativa viable para entornos con recursos limitados,<br \/>\ncombinando bajo costo, portabilidad y replicabilidad sin comprometer la calidad del
